Winnie sporting her new hat and hairstyle. I really love her little pigtales. So cute! 
The title of this deviation is actually a twist on the classic Japanese anime called "Akage no Anne" (literally "Red-haired Anne"). The anime is based on the novel "Anne of Green Gables" by Lucy Maud Montgomery and it's a prticular favourite of mine. If you get a chance, check it out!
